// About Lucy

My name is Lucy. I am an aspiring graphic/web designer from San Francisco, CA. I am a scientist by training though my real passion is art and design. I don't recall a time where I wasn't drawing or doodling. I learned to draw through copious of art classes in the South Bay and it wasn't until 2006 when I discovered graphic design with Photoshop. Since then I have been creating icons, logos, posters and layouts for my company and friends.
I spent most of my week working my day job as a research associate at Genentech, Inc.
When I am not working or taking a break from design, I find comfort in my two best friends, Netflix and frozen yogurt.
I also believe in creating a more sustainable environment through reducing waste, which is why I also enjoy thrifting during my time off.
